All official correspondence and invoices are sent exclusively from our company domain accounts (@tuxiangtravel.com). We NEVER issue invoices or request wire transfers from personal free email accounts (such as @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com, or @outlook.com).
2. Corporate Bank Account Matching
All wire transfers must be made to our registered corporate entity name: Hunan Tuxiang World International Travel Service Co., Ltd. (湖南途翔天下国际旅行社有限公司). We NEVER ask clients to wire funds to personal individual accounts.
