Transparent, Fair & Worry-Free Travel Guarantee. Please review these Terms & Booking Conditions before confirming your tour reservation with Hunan Tuxiang World International Travel Co., Ltd. ("Tuxiang Travel"). By confirming your itinerary and placing a deposit, you enter into a travel contract governed by the tourism laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit
Your reservation is officially confirmed once you accept your custom travel proposal and submit the agreed deposit (typically 20% to 30% of total tour package price, depending on season and flight/train requirements). The remaining balance is payable prior to tour start or upon arrival in accordance with your contract.
2. Flexible Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. We provide clear, transparent cancellation tiers:
- 30+ Days Prior to Departure: Full refund of deposit minus non-refundable third-party advance expenses (e.g. flight/train cancellation fees charged by airlines/China Railway).
- 15 to 29 Days Prior to Departure: 80% refund of total tour payment minus non-refundable actual advance ticketing fees.
- 7 to 14 Days Prior to Departure: 50% refund of total tour payment minus non-refundable actual advance ticketing fees.
- Within 6 Days or No-Show: Subject to hotel and local operator lock-in costs; our team will negotiate on your behalf to minimize losses.
3. Passport, Visas & 144-Hour Transit
Travelers are responsible for holding a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity. Our team provides free official visa invitation letters and comprehensive guidance regarding China’s 144-hour and 15-day visa-free transit policies.

Tuxiang Travel carries mandatory China Travel Agency Liability Insurance for all travelers. In addition, we strongly recommend that all international guests purchase comprehensive personal travel insurance covering trip interruption, emergency medical evacuation, and baggage protection prior to departure.
